Beta only
The beta is for testing workflow, clarity, packet logic, and document output. Please do not use beta feedback to ask for legal advice. If you have a legal question about a real probate matter, consult a licensed probate attorney.
What testers should test
- Whether the guided interview is easy to follow.
- Whether interested persons, heirs, beneficiaries, trustees, minors, and missing-address warnings make sense.
- Whether the waiver path, PR-1805 notice path, and case-review flags behave as expected.
- Whether PR-1801 through PR-1810 output and the opening packet folder structure are understandable.
- Whether public paper-filing and attorney eFiling instructions are clear.
- Whether save, backup, resume, and ZIP download features work as expected.
Best way to leave feedback
- Use fictional or anonymized facts unless you have been specifically authorized to test with real case information.
- Use the in-app feedback panel when possible so the feedback stays tied to the test case.
- If needed, email support@probatestudio.com.
- Include a screenshot or sample output only if it is safe to share.
Do not send sensitive information
Do not send Social Security numbers, full financial account numbers, passwords, medical records, tax IDs, or unnecessary private financial details. If a screenshot or sample file contains sensitive information, remove or blur it before sending.
What to include
- Your tester type: public user, attorney, paralegal/staff, or internal reviewer.
- The page or step title where the issue happened.
- The form number, if the issue involves a form, such as PR-1801 or PR-1806.
- What you expected.
- What actually happened.
- Whether the issue was confusing, incorrect, incomplete, or a launch blocker.
Suggested feedback format
Page/step: Example: Interested Person Audit
Form: Example: PR-1801
Expected: Example: Common child is not listed as an heir in the common-child test scenario.
Actual: Example: Child still appeared on PR-1803 waiver.
Severity: Low, medium, high, or launch blocker.
How feedback may be used
ProbateStudio may use beta feedback to improve the service, create test scenarios, document bugs, prioritize launch work, and improve general probate-information content. Sending feedback does not create an attorney-client relationship.
